Hiking Kings Canyon

So this was it - our vacation weekend in Kings Canyon. Six hours to drive, but who cares when you
have a wonderful and relaxing weekend coming up.

Our basecamp. The brown box on the left hand side is the 'bear box'. You are supposed to store all your
food and trash in there to be safe from bears. And - that's no joke - we met a couple of bears later.

These two just can't let go. Kickboxing while hiking. Oh well...
